September brought with it the new school year, some beautiful sunshine, and a move torwards to normal life again. The Aqua team have had a busy month attending our investment partners annual forum, taking exams, and working on some exciting new things. Keep reading for our monthly update…

 

PortfolioMetrix Investment Forum

Earlier this month, the Aqua team headed into London to attend the annual PortfolioMetrix investment forum. After eighteen months of virtual events, it was great to attend an ‘in person’ event. It was fantastic to hear about their exciting new upgrades, and the analysis of their investment performance. Thank you to the PortfolioMetrix team for planning and safely holding the event.

 

Team Social

After our trip to the PortfolioMetrix investment forum, the Aqua team headed to Flight Club in London for a game or two of ‘social darts’. After a very close and competitive battle, we have to offer our congratulations to Chris Pearce, one of Aqua’s directors, for coming top of the leaderboard!

 

Exam Success

All the Aqua team would like to congratulate Dan on passing his R02 – Investment Principles & Risk exam this month. Dan has studied extremely hard for this exam, and we are so pleased that he has achieved what he has been working towards – well done Dan!

 

Upcoming Local Events

A beautiful light installation is once again taking place at St Albans Cathedral this October. During the experience, the visitors will be taking a visual journey from sunrise to sunset. Their previous two light installation events have been spectacular, so this is not a local event to miss! Find out more on their website
